
Hiba Tawaji has been capturing attention with her talent since 2008, when she starred in the musical "Return of the Phoenix." This play, composed and directed by the late Mansour Rahbani, with music by his sons Osama and Mansour Rahbani, continued the Rahbani family's legacy in musical theater, where Tawaji became a prominent figure. She starred in the lead role in the last four musicals by the Rahbanis. Her theatrical debut coincided with the beginning of her solo singing career, which gained interest starting in 2011 with the release of her album "La Bidayi Wala Nihayi," followed by three more albums in a journey marked by notable achievements, including her participation in the French version of "The Voice" in 2015.
On May 29th of this year, Hiba Tawaji performed her first concert at the historic Olympia in Paris. Following this event, she spoke to Billboard Arabia about the emotional and significant moments of the concert, reflecting on her unique artistic journey that led her to this prestigious stage. Tawaji described touching moments from the Olympia, such as performing on stage with her husband Ibrahim Maalouf, who has supported her throughout her career, and the special feeling of having her son in the audience for the first time witnessing her performance before a large crowd.
